OK, so I wanna be good Flash animator, and I'd like to know if there are any tutorials...I'd like to be like Spinister and StagBeetle, y'know...?

Flash tutorials from Newgrounds. A whole collection on them.
The Super Flash Bros also have a few good ones on their site.

Good luck. But a tutorial won't help you without a LOT of practice.
